Les limites d'inventaire personnel[2][3] sont liées à un sac à dos.[4] Les ressources et les objets récoltables sont soumis à des limites de quantité, plutôt que de poids. Les caravanes et les mulets sont prévus pour être le principal moyen de transport des marchandises au-delà de ces limites.[5][6]

  • Les mulets peuvent porter approximativement 10 fois plus que les sacs à dos. Les caravanes peuvent transporter environ 10 fois plus que les mulets.[7]
  • Les caravanes auront des limites de capacité de transport ainsi que des stats personnalisables, telles que les points de défense, la vitesse et le nombre de gardes PNJs engagés.[8]
    • En plus d'une capacité d'inventaire étendue, les caravanes procurent des avantages secondaires pour avoir terminé avec succès des routes commerciales et d'autres quêtes.[9]

La capacité d'inventaire sera relativement limitée pour les nouveaux personnages.[9]

  • L'expansion d'inventaire et les certificats d'entraînement à la gestion du poids sont disponibles dans la Galerie à l'étape Ville des noeuds économiques.[9][10]
  • L'inventaire d'un joueur possède des sections pour les différents types d'objets. Les objets de quête, par exemple, ne rempliront pas la capacité d'inventaire standard d'un joueur.[9]

Les piles d'objets auront en général des limites de quantité selon le type d'objet.[5]

  • La limite d'empilement des potions pourrait être d'une centaine. La limite d'empilement de la nourriture pourrait être de 999 ou 1 000.[5]

Backpacks

Un sac à dos est un objet fabriqué par un artisan qui fournit de l'espace d'inventaire personnel.[4]

  • Plus haut est le niveau du sac à dos, plus grand est l'espace d'inventaire.[4]
  • Différents types de sacs à dos répondent aux besoins de différentes activités.[4]

Stockage

Stockage points exist at warehouses within nodes and in chests (storage containers) that can be placed in freeholds and static in-node housing.[12][13][14]

Player housing storage

Coffres are a type of furniture that provides localized storage within a specific house.[17][18][19]

Banking

Nodes advance to the first stage quickly. This enables NPC services such as vending or banking items.[30]

Cargo

Cargo is the official name of supplies that are transited by caravans and ships.[33]Steven Sharif

Cargo refers to crates that are transported by caravan, ship, or mules.[34][33]

There are... three primary methods by which caravans transit the world. The first is when players are moving commodities. The second is when players are moving materials and resources, and that's to your question. That's relevant because materials and resources across the world are unique to the geographic region in which they are produced or which they spawn, and crafting stations are located at certain nodes, and nodes specialize the types of crafting stations that they can have; so the transit of those materials across the world is a necessary component of keeping the economy alive; and where there is a demand there will be a supply. So that's with regards to the second reason for transiting caravans. The third is when mayors and system generated caravans transit the world. This is for nodes to acquire certain types of node commodities or node resources that they need to initiate public Work projects and to initiate construction projects.[36]Steven Sharif
  • Cargo stays on the caravan (or ship) until it is unloaded.[41]
When you land a caravan it doesn't automatically flood the node's cargo with the stuff that was on your caravan. It stays on the caravan as additional cargo storage.[41]John Collins
  • Caravan speed is currently not affected by the weight of the cargo being transported.[42]

Mules

Mules are mounts that transport cargo in small crates.[34][56]

  • Mules transport cargo on a much smaller scale than the caravan system.[34][57]
  • Crates carried by mules can be added to "in the wild".[34]
Q: Can people put crafted bags on their mules?
A: No. The mules use the cargo system, so the cargo system is crate-based. You have to acquire the crates and then you can equip them to the vehicles and/or mules. Mules cap out at the small crate value; and you can add to that crate in the wild.[34]Steven Sharif

Caravan capacity

Caravan components affect the available inventory capacity of a caravan.[65][39]

If you're a solo player and you don't intend on transiting a lot of materials at once, you may not need the large cargo capacity, but instead you want the faster speed because you intend to outrun any potential adversaries that you might face on the roads. That is a viable strategic option for you when constructing your caravan. In addition, you saw that there are a number of different abilities that caravans can be equipped with based on the loadout of the components that you have for your caravan that is also going to influence how you interact with PvP and potential adversaries.[66]Steven Sharif

Merchant ships

Merchant ships (also called Trade ships) are part of Ashes of Creation naval content.[69][70][71]

A merchant ship interacts with a harbor in a very similar fashion to the way that Caravans interact with the caravansary, but they have much larger capacity and they stop at other harbors in a very similar functionality to the way the caravans stop at caravansaries. Harbors have a disembarkation zone that lives near the harbor. So if you make your merchant ship to that zone as well, it will get guided into the harbor and will be safe. But when you launch that caravan from a harbor it is much like a land caravan. The only difference is that Merchant ships cannot become land caravans. They must stay as merchant ships.[69]Steven Sharif
  • Merchant ships can only be launched and received at harbors in a similar way that land caravans can only be launched and received at a caravansary.[69]
    • Harbors have a disembarkation zone that merchant ships can cross to be guided into the harbor.[69]
  • Unlike raft caravans, merchant ships cannot transition into land caravans.[69]
  • Merchant ships have a much larger capacity than caravans.[69]
  • It is possible to launch decoy caravans and merchant ships.[43]

Crates

Commodities crates found in caravan wreckages are marked with a green symbol.[54]

  • There are small, medium, and large crates.[72] The higher quality the crate, the greater its capacity.[48]
Commodities can go into Crates to move them. If someone loses a Caravan, in the wreckage there are Crates. If you get a Crate to a Caravansary you can unpack it.[52]Ry Schueller
  • Glint must be transported via crate when in large quantities.[76][48]
  • Crates will undergo testing and iteration during Alpha-2.[48]

Unsealing crates

Unsealing crates (by breaking open sealed crates) yields less value than transporting the sealed crates for unloading.[75] This is in addition to the value already lost when the caravan (or merchant ship) was destroyed.[52][53][51][47]

Cracking/breaking Crates always give less value than doing the work to get a Crate back to a place where you can unpack it. Commodities like "A Case of Kaelar Wooden Soldiers" don’t go into a player’s inventory. The only way someone gets Commodities like "A Case of Kaelar Wooden Soldiers" from place to place is in Crates.[75]Ry Schueller

Mailing items
