Step 1
Go the merchant across the blacksmith to buy the needed tools.
Step 2
- Return to the blacksmith. Then repeat the earlier dialogue (if you did not have the tools)
- Next select if you want to craft a wand or sword.
- This completes the quest, but creates a new quest (Crafting a Wand/Crafting a Sword)
