Najash
The world is is rich with history and lore; and part of this is enemy factions; and you're seeing with the Najash. There's some stories behind this that you'll experience in Alpha 2 with these creatures and understanding their origin: where they came from, where they inhabit now. There's a deep city that has been um destroyed but also preserved under a significant amount of magma and it's really fun idea, but these are examples of a NPC faction. So you're not just gonna see- we talked about this in the past- you're seeing the models now- they're not always going to be cobras. Some are going to be rattlesnakes, some are going to be, mambas. They're going to be different variants that are represented as part of these serpent races.[2] – Steven Sharif
Najash (Naga/Snake people) are a NPC faction in Ashes of Creation.[1][3]
