Group dynamics [1]

Ashes of Creation aims to bring players together in many ways and so group dynamics are an important feature of the game.

Group sizes

  • 8 players per a standard group.
  • Raids will have 40 man groups [2].
  • Arènes will have 1 man, 3 man, 5 man and possible 20 FFA group sizes [3].

Pillage rules

  • Tradition looting system
  • Party leader chooses a loot master and sets the loot system to round-robin or need/greed dice roles.

Party Roles

  • Traditional tank, healer, dps and support classes are available.
  • Although traditional classes are present, players should not feel branded by their primary archetype. Secondary archetypes will allow players to highly customize their role.
